Creating a C2V License File
You must create a C2V license file for FARO customer service if you are deleting a license, modifying a license, or activating the software for the first time on a computer that does not have Internet access (also known as an “offline activation”). Apply the license provided to you by Support before you generate a C2V.
To create a C2V file:
1. Start RevEng.
2. Click .
3. In the License Manager dialog, click Collect license information.
4. Save the C2V file.
5. Send the file to support@faro.com.
