2D Flatten
You can create a 2D diagram from a 3D point cloud. The 2D Flatten tool allows you remove the Z value out of anything that you select.
To flatten a 3D image into 2D:

Activate Point Cloud Snap.

Go to the top or bottom view by clicking the Navigation Cube.

Turn on the Magnification Window on the mini-toolbar, if desired.

Select the 3D part of the drawing.

On the Draw/Edit tab, click 2D Flatten.
