Bullet Trajectory
The Bullet Trajectory tool includes an adjustable impact plane to align with the plane of the impact site, as well as a trajectory rod to project to the point of origin.
To create a bullet trajectory rod:
-
From the Draw/Edit ribbon, click the Point command and select the point of impact. Place another point at the origin point.
-
Navigate around the point to ensure placement and elevate it to the proper height with the pyramid grip, or use the settings in the Point Tool panel.
-
With Auto Snap activated, on the Power Tools tab, click the Trajectory tool.
-
Snap to the impact point.
If you have a point cloud of the scene you can snap to a trajectory rod or a sphere.
-
Snap to the origin point. A trajectory line connects the points and the Trajectory Panel opens.
-
Make adjustments in the Trajectory Tool panel.
