Visibility of Annotations in the 2D View, 3D View and Walk Mode View

There are the following limitations regarding the visibility of annotations in the Sphere XG views.

• Annotations made in the 3D view are also visible in the 2D view.

• Annotations made in the 2D view are only visible in the 2D view.

• The visibility of annotations made in the walk mode view depends on the depth information of the 360° photos:

  • If the 360° photo contains depth information, for example a 360° photo captured by the Focus scanner, the annotation placed on this image is also visible in the 3D view.

  • If the 360° photo does not contain depth information, for example an image that was added in the HoloBuilder WebEditor, the annotation placed on this image is only visible in the walk mode view.
