Invite Users and Teams to a Project

You can invite users and teams to a project.

For more information about the required permissions for inviting users and teams to projects, see the overview table in Overview of Roles and Permissions on the Workspace and Project Level.

  1. In the task panel of the Sphere XG Dashboard, select the Projects menu entry.

  2. Click the project to which you want to invite users and teams.
    The Projects page is opened.

  3. Go to the Members tab.

  1. Click the Invite members button in the top right corner.
    The Invite members to project form is displayed. In this form, you an invite users and teams to the project.

  1. Select a project role for the new member(s) of the project.

  2. Select entries from dropdown list Members or enter email addresses.
    If you enter more than one address, separate them by commas or semicolons, or press the space bar or Enter key after each entry.

  1. Click the Send Invite button to send an email invitation.

If the invited users do not have a Sphere XG account, they must create one before they can access the workspace and the project.

Add Users and Teams as Project Manager at Project Creation

While creating a project, you assign a group and a Project Manager. The Project Manager can be either a single user or a team.
