Projects: Active and Archived Tabs

1238888

When you open Sphere XG, the active projects of your workspace are displayed in the Active tab. The Archived tab contains projects that are no longer in use or which you want to hide.

By default, projects are displayed in a tile view, but you can toggle between tile and list view.

You can also export the content of the Active and Archived tabs in in various formats.

Difference between the Active and Archived Tabs

The Active tab contains the projects that you are currently working with. If you no longer need a project, you can move it to the Archived tab on the Overview tab of the Projects page. You can undo this procedure. Archiving projects is also possible from the Projects tab of the Groups page.

Archiving projects helps you keep your workspace organized by moving less relevant projects out of immediate view. This allows you and your team to focus on currently active projects.

Note that you must also archive a project before you can delete it.
